Miguel Carvalho e Melo

Director of External Relations of APOGEP (Portuguese Association of Project Management), he was President, Vice-President and Secretary General.


Global Director of Innovation of GPM (Green Project Management), former Executive Director for the EMEA region.


Elected member of the Advisory Committee of IPMA (International Project Management Association) and IPMA Global Project Excellence Award Assessor.


He has created two software houses, was partner of a consulting company specialized in PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) and Managing Director of a training company.


He has created and coordinates the Executive MBA in Sustainable Project Management at the Autónoma Academy and is responsible for Project Management modules in several MBAs, Post-Graduations and Masters. He was a lecturer for 10 years at the Lusíada University in Operational Research and Project Management in the Applied Mathematics course.


He has more than 30 years of professional training experience in Project Management in Portugal, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Angola and Brazil, in Portuguese, French and English.


He is certified by IPMA-APOGEP, by GPM, by PMI and in FLEKS.

António Andrade Dias

Graduated in Management, Postgraduate in Project Management from the University of Bremen, MBA
from Florida University, he has been responsible since 1988 for the implementation in Portugal of projects within the EU support community framework.

Vice-President of the International Project Management Association he has also been teaching at Portuguese, Spanish and Brazilian Universities, namely PBS, UM, UAL, UPV-Univesitat Politècnica de València, USP,
FUNDACE and UFRJ.

Speaker and lecturer at IPMA and PMI management schools and events. He has acted as consultant and/or manager of project-programmes, in public and private entities at national and international level.

Graça Parreira

in various sectors of activity, including retail, banking,
insurance, industry, health and other services, in face-to-face and in e-learning environments.

She has been responsible for the development of pedagogical contents in several areas, a trainer and consultant for the ANF (National Association of
Pharmacies) for more than 20 years and an invited professor for the above mentioned subjects in the scope of MBA and Post-graduate courses in Project
Management, in Universities and Polytechnic Institutes.

She was managing partner of the company Special Consultores, introducing innovative mystery client techniques integrated in the training and consulting
process, applied to commerce, services and public institutions.

She acted as advisor to the Director of the Cenjor -
Training Centre for Journalists at the time of its creation, as responsible for the creation and
implementation of training and consultancy projects in the communication sector (press, radio and television).

Hélio Costa

Programme and Portfolio Management. Professor, writer, consultant and speaker, he has a PhD in Computer Systems Engineering. He completed his post-doctorate at the University of Quebec in Montreal with a research related to Corporate Risk Management.

He is a specialist in Project, Program and Portfolio Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Systems Analysis from the Aeronautical Technological Institute and Process Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense. He has been teaching courses in several business schools since 2006. He has approximately 15,000 trained professionals and a vast experience in consulting in various branches of industry.

His PhD Thesis in Portfolio Risk Management was chosen as the best academic project in Brazil in 2011, in a competition held by Mundo PM magazine, a magazine specialized in Project Management.

Creator of the FLEKS model, he has developed several models, techniques and management tools. He is IPMA-A and PMP certified.

Miguel Syder

Psychologist specialized in Social and Organizational
Psychology with diversified experience in the field of
consulting and training interventions that enhance the
desired transformations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of
consultancy and training for various reference institutions at public and private level, in sectors such as Central Administration, Banking, Construction, Energy, Defence, Moulds, IT, Telecommunications and Third Sector, among others.

Deepened competences in the area of personal development and interpersonal relationships, potential and creativity with particular focus on project management.

Guest lecturer in several post-graduate courses and executive MBA in project management, being responsible for modules in the field of people development and team management.

Degree in Psychology, Social Psychology branch and Post-Graduation in Systemic Family Therapy.

Paulo Monteiro

in the position of Information Systems Director and more than 30 in information and communication technology roles, including leading multinationals in the sector.

ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, Agile Project Management and
Agile Scrum certifications.

Certified trainer with training experience in the areas of Technology and Organization and Processes.

Graduated in Computer Science / Applied Mathematics from Universidade Portucalense and post-graduated in IT Management from Porto Business School.

Wantuir Felippe da Silva Junior

Knowledge and practical experience of PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, Agile Methods and Deming Cycle concepts and fundamentals.

 

Currently consultant, instructor, mentor and PMO in Project Management (application and guidance) in Integrated Product Development.

 

Coordination and implementation of the Lean philosophy, applied to project management (providing instruction to teams, implementation of tools, added value analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, best practices, elimination of waste, etc.).

 

Creator of several methods: Lean Scope Overview; Lean Risk Overview Matrix; Lean Project Direction - LPD; E2I2 - Extreme Experience In Innovation; Risk Strainer; WBS Hotline; Blended Model 7S & ToC; Spock Analysis and Market Desires Framework.
